Post 7: Changes to my study programme

Hello everyone! It's time for the penultimate blog. In this case, in the blog, I'm going to talk about the changes that if I could make in the career program that I study. 

 

The latest update in the architecture program was in the year 2015.  In these changes, the university decided to reduce the working hours. This last decision was the best. Because the students with more time They can do their homework and investigations.  On the other hand, The university should have other new options for secondary languages, like Chinese, Japanese, French, etc.

Actually. with the COVID-19 context. The university, Was forced to change the classes method to virtual classes. This last situation causes several problems to the architecture program because the original program didn't consider the number of complications that this new context would encompass. Is in this situation that the architecture program is weak. Because the indirect hours of study increased and the time to work is shorter than in the previous context without the pandemic.

Anyways. Some teachers try to do their best. Trying to control the indirect hours a little bit with new styles of homework, but this sometimes doesn't work correctly.

Finally, the infrastructure works like limiting of design to consist in a patrimonial building. And the faculty don't have the necessary funds to build around the patrimonial base. Because this last decision is more expensive and requires a lot of regularity.
